2Our official signatures

We sign our work and our documents in the following ways. Each signature is evidence of origin and ownership:

• System signature: the mark “Built with EQTech Jordan Technologies” in the footer, login screen, “About” screen or reports of the systems we build, linking to our Legal Center.
• Website credit: a credit such as “Developed by EQTech Jordan” on the websites we develop.
• Source-code notice: a copyright notice in our source files, for example:© EQTech Jordan — مؤسسة الجودة والتطوير التقني. All rights reserved. Proprietary and confidential. Unauthorised copying, modification or distribution is prohibited.
• Document signature: quotations, contracts and invoices issued in the Establishment's legal name, signed by its authorised signatory or by a person he has authorised in writing, and stamped where applicable.
• Email signature: messages sent from an @eqtechjo.com address with our official signature block.
• Technical identifiers: identifying information in code metadata, configuration files or a system's “About” screen.

Removing, altering, imitating or forging any of these signatures is prohibited.

3Permitted use

• Stating accurately that a website or system was built by EQTech Jordan.
• Referring to EQTech Jordan by name in news, reviews, academic work or commentary.
• Linking to eqtechjo.com using our name as plain text.

Any such use must be accurate, must not be misleading, and must not suggest that EQTech endorses or sponsors you, your products or your services.

4Prohibited use

• Modifying, distorting, recolouring or animating our logo, or combining it with other names or marks.
• Using our names or marks, or anything confusingly similar, in a company or trade name, product name, domain name, social-media handle or app name.
• Bidding on our names as keywords in paid advertising.
• Implying a partnership, agency, endorsement or sponsorship that does not exist.
• Using our names or marks on merchandise, or on any material for commercial gain.
• Removing or altering our signatures in systems, websites, code or documents.
• Forging our signature, stamp, letterhead or email, or impersonating EQTech or its staff.

5Logo guidelines

Use only the official logo files we provide on request. Do not stretch, crop, rotate or recolour them, add effects, or place them on a background that makes them hard to read. Keep clear space around the logo, and do not place it inside another logo or a sentence.

6Third-party trademarks

Names, logos and trademarks of other companies, products and technologies that appear on this website or in our systems belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify, describe or compare, and their appearance does not imply an affiliation with, or endorsement by, their owners unless a relationship is expressly stated.

7Permission requests

Any use not permitted above requires our prior written permission. Send your request to info@eqtechjo.com, describing the intended use.

8Reporting misuse or impersonation

If you suspect a forged document, a fake account, an impersonation or any misuse of our names, marks or signatures, report it to info@eqtechjo.com or +962 78 867 7607. EQTech reserves the right to take legal action under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
