Abdulhadi Saeed Abu Ashebah is a software engineer, technology leader, and the founder of EQTech Jordan, based in Amman, Jordan. With hands-on experience spanning software engineering, cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and financial management, he combines technical depth with strategic business thinking.

Separately, Abdulhadi serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Success Center, an independent organization in Amman. In this role, he leads the technology department end to end — overseeing systems development, digital transformation initiatives, and the technical infrastructure that supports the organization's day-to-day operations.

He founded EQTech Jordan with a clear mission: to bring enterprise-grade technology solutions within reach of every business in the region. The company specializes in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems — building practical, scalable solutions that help businesses in Jordan grow through real digital transformation.

In parallel, he brings independent professional experience as IT Manager at HLB Jordan, a member firm of HLB International, the world's 8th largest accounting and advisory network. This role has given him hands-on exposure to working within an international accounting environment — managing IT infrastructure, administering Microsoft 365 environments, strengthening cybersecurity practices, and automating business processes.

He comes from the Abu Ashebah family in Jordan, and is the son of businessman Saeed Abu Ashebah, known in the country's housing and real estate sector. Abdulhadi chose to build his own professional path in the technology industry.

Alongside his engineering career, Abdulhadi continues studying Accounting, deepening his understanding of financial management and enterprise systems in parallel with his daily work. Looking ahead, his vision remains clear: to keep building sustainable, well-engineered technology solutions that give businesses the infrastructure they need to grow with confidence.
