The rules that keep our hosting, email, cloud services and systems safe, lawful and reliable for every client.
Effective: 27 October 2026Last updated: 27 October 2026
1Scope
This policy applies to every Service of مؤسسة الجودة والتطوير التقني (EQTech Jordan) — hosting, domains, business email, cloud services, the Systems we provide, websites we host or manage, and accounts on eqtechjo.com — and to the client and everyone who uses a Service through the client's account.
2Prohibited content
content that is unlawful under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, or that breaches public order or morals;
content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
defamatory, threatening or hateful content, or content that incites violence, discrimination or terrorism;
pornographic or obscene content;
fraudulent content, scams, phishing pages or fake websites;
malware, viruses or any other malicious code;
offers of illegal goods or services, or unlicensed gambling.
3Prohibited activities
unauthorised access to our systems or anyone else's, or scanning, probing or testing them without permission;
denial-of-service attacks, or any activity that disrupts a network or service;
bypassing security, authentication, licensing or usage limits;
impersonating others, or forging email headers or sender identities;
cryptocurrency mining, or any use of shared resources that degrades the service for other clients;
reselling a Service or sharing it with third parties without our written permission.
4Email and messaging
No spam: do not send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages.
Do not use purchased, rented or harvested mailing lists.
Marketing messages must identify the sender and give recipients an easy way to unsubscribe.
We may apply sending limits to protect the reputation of our mail servers.
5Domains
Domain registrant details must be accurate and kept up to date. Domains must not infringe others' trademarks or be used for abuse, and remain subject to the policies of the relevant registries.
6Account security
Use strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available, keep credentials confidential, keep any software you manage yourself (such as CMS plugins) up to date, and tell us immediately if you suspect that an account has been compromised.
7Monitoring and enforcement
We do not routinely monitor client content, but we investigate reports and signs of abuse. Depending on its seriousness, a breach may lead to a warning, removal of the content, suspension or termination of the Service, and a report to the competent authorities. In urgent cases — for example an active attack or malware — we may act without prior notice. Services suspended or terminated for a breach of this policy are not refunded; see the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8Reporting abuse
Report abuse to info@eqtechjo.com, with as much detail as possible (links, dates, message headers or screenshots).
