Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear rules for prices, payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds across all of our services.
Effective: 27 October 2026Last updated: 27 October 2026
1Scope
This policy applies to every paid Service of مؤسسة الجودة والتطوير التقني (EQTech Jordan). Where an Agreement sets different terms, the Agreement prevails.
2Prices and currency
- Prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices shown on the website are indicative; the binding price is the one in the quotation, the invoice or at checkout.
- Taxes are applied as stated on the quotation or invoice, in accordance with the law.
3Payment methods
We accept bank transfer and cash, and online payment through the payment provider shown at checkout where it is offered on our website. Online payments are processed by that provider; we do not receive your full card details.
4Payment terms
- Projects may require an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due at the milestones or on the delivery set in the Agreement.
- Recurring Services — such as hosting, business email, cloud services, system subscriptions and maintenance plans — are paid in advance for each billing period.
- Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them.
5Late payment
If an invoice is overdue we send a reminder. If it remains unpaid, we may suspend the related Services after notice and resume them once the amounts due are paid. EQTech is not responsible for the consequences of a suspension for non-payment, such as website downtime or the expiry of a domain.
6Renewals
Domains, hosting, business email and subscriptions renew for each period. Renewing on time is the client's responsibility; our reminders are a courtesy. An expired domain may incur registry restoration fees, or be lost.
7Cancellation by the client
- Cancellations must be sent in writing, by email or by letter.
- Projects: the client pays for the work completed up to the cancellation date and for any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- Subscriptions and recurring Services: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; unused periods are not refunded unless the Agreement provides otherwise.
8Refunds
Not refundable
- domain registrations, renewals and transfers once processed;
- third-party licences and subscriptions once purchased, unless the provider refunds us;
- custom development work that has been completed or delivered;
- setup, migration, training and consulting fees for work already performed;
- Services suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
Refundable
- amounts paid in error, and duplicate payments;
- amounts paid for a Service that EQTech cancels or cannot deliver — in full if the work has not started, otherwise the unearned portion.
Refund requests must be made in writing, with the invoice or order number. Approved refunds are paid by the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable time; online refunds are also subject to the payment provider's processing times.
9Purchases made directly from third parties
Purchases you make directly from a third-party provider — including through referral links or discount codes we share — form a contract between you and that provider, and are governed by its own payment and refund policies.
10Payment and ownership
Paying for a Service grants the rights set out in the Agreement. It does not transfer ownership of any System or of its source code, which remain with EQTech under the Built with EQTech Jordan Technologies policy.
11Billing questions and disputes
If you have a question about an invoice or a charge, contact us first and we will review it promptly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to the suspension of the related Services until it is resolved.
